Before your appointment

• Wash your hair 48hours before your appointment and ensure your hair is fresh from dry shampoo, colour sprays and sea salt.

• If you are on tank water and worried about the mineral build up, please contact us about our Malibu C colour prep sachets. This is always to ensure your hair has the best result and health

  Cancelation Policy.
  We understand life happens, but please notify us as soon as you know you no longer can make your appointment. 48hours notice is appreciated.

• Cancelled or rescheduled bookings with under 24hours notice may incur a small portion of your service fee to be charged on top of your next service.

• Please be on time for your appointment. Should you be late, more than 15min, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. Please be respectful of other clients time.

• No shows aren’t ideal in this crazy economy, so please note down your appointment carefully. After a no show, for me to rebook you, I will require a 50% deposit.

• Afterpay is available for services over $100.

• Credit and eftpos facilities available.

• Cash payments accepted, but please ensure you have the correct amount as cash is not kept on site.
